ABOUT

Txotx (pronounced Choch), is both the method for cider service in traditional Basque cider houses (Squirting out the side of a giant barrel) and an old school party cry for everyone to drink a bunch of cider together. Txotx AF is that, inside Alefort, and a celebration of traditional Basque cider culture as well as unique Basque-Boise culture.

-Isastegi Sagardo Naturala – featured cider for Txotx
-Bereziartua – featured cider on draft
-Cider Sisters – featured Basque style cider on draft
-Oiharte Natural Cider- available in bottles

Cider House Menu- presented by The Basque Market & Bar Gernika:
-Chistorra Chorizo Pintxo with Smoked Onion Jam
-Peppers Verde (fried Basque peppers with garlic and sea salt)- Vegan
-Tortilla de Bacalao (cod omelet)
-Tortilla Patatas (potato omelet)- Vegetarian
-Idiazabal Cheese Custard with Membrillo and Walnut Crumble- Vegetarian
