Active since the late 10's, Moldes is a noise pop from Lima, Peru, that travels from psychedelic rock to pop and from kraut-rock to noise, with sounds from Lima traffic. The Lima-based group's concept touches the deepest sonorities of his city and Peruvian music. Fueled by their own spirit, Moldes released its debut LP in 2010, being considered one of the best releases of the year by the international and local press specialized in Latin American music. In 2014, the group released their second LP, 'Aguas de marte''. getting more than 15 special mentions as best album of the year in Peru, Latin America and Europe. Eventually, thanks to its great reception, the band was able to tour in Mexico, Colombia, Germany and France. After 3 years of touring and actively participation in their local music scene, Moldes releases 'Canción de cuna para ciudades fantasma', a wistful dream pop sonorous experience which exceeded by far the band's expectations after being included in more than 15 official curator playlists for Spotify. With two full-length productions under their belts, the band resurfaced with their 3rd studio album: 'Infraficie' with a sound closer to contemporary pop, evolving their trademark concept without washing away their roots. 'Infraficie' was officially released in September 2021.
