Kriya for Metabolic Change - Build stamina and inexhaustible energy
Most of us tend to think about metabolism as the speed at which we burn calories (food or fat) for energy. In Kundalini Yoga, however, we broaden the term metabolism to refer to how you process and use any kind of energy. In this ancient practice each human consists of ten bodies. All of your 10-bodies run on energy and, therefore, they have metabolisms!
This Kundalini experience is designed to awaken and balance our all 10 body’s energy centers so that connection with the Universe’s larger source of energy is possible.
