At Mai Thai, Chef Josh Maciolek draws inspiration from four regional Thai cuisines to create a menu of unique dishes with authentic foundations. Offerings include traditional pad thai and pineapple fried rice, to grilled Idaho trout in banana leaves, and Snake River Farms Wagyu New York strip steak with chili-fried Brussels sprouts and furikake potato puree. To top it off, Mai Thai sources from local producers, and their swanky interior and inventive cocktails are just the cherry on top of a Boise favorite.
