Jacob’s Story: Unique Pathways to Learning
One in five students has a learning or attention challenge. Sixth-grader Jacob is one of those students. Jacob has dyslexia and dysgraphia, and it can be hard to understand what Jacob needs to be successful in and out of the classroom. That’s where his story begins.
Jacob, along with his mom, one of his former teachers, an educational specialist, and a scientist will narrate their unique perspectives about working to develop Jacob’s successful pathway to learning. By sharing his story, Jacob hopes he can help others see that there are more students like him who just want to be understood and supported.
