Foul Weather reigns it in once again. The space-jazz band from Boise, Idaho promises to hold nothing back in their usual self-identifying style. Wavy keys flow over tight grooves varying from rowdy delights to relaxed and meditative moments featured by melodic bass lines and pumped up drumming. The band incorporates crafted compositions with plenty of room for improvisation, often drawing from the energy of the crowd as inspiration for timing of climactic indulgences. The band is made up of Jeremy Stewart, Logan Hyde, and Daniel Kerr. Each member brings a fresh flavor to their charcuterie board of sound. Foul Weather boasts two full albums: their debut "Soft opening" and "Bowl of Rain". Both records are likened to jazz, funk, blues, and afro-beat elements which are inspired by the greats such as Herbie Hancock, Fela Kuti, and BADBADNOTGOOD.
