Dana is committed to unveiling the spontaneous joy of aliveness and understanding that humans are not separate from nature. She helps grow communities of ecological and social impact leaders in sectors from high-tech and social enterprise to manufacturing and medicine. In addition to supporting and challenging leaders 1:1 as an executive coach, she designs and guides strategy sessions and leads transformational retreats in wild places. From living alone on remote mountaintops raising Peregrine falcons to advising in high-level political circles in Washington, DC; from the boardroom to the river, Dana is at home in her own skin and in love with being alive. A devoted naturalist and fly-fisherman, she thrives in the mountains and rivers of wild Idaho and generally prefers companions with feathers, fins or four legs.
