Originally from Louisville, Kentucky. I started my bar career at the age of twenty slinging terrible drinks at the good ole Red Lobster. Decide about half way through college that I really enjoyed the industry and changed my degree to Business Management with a minor in hospitality. Upon graduation, I took a bar manager position at a fine dining restaurant called Z’s Oyster Bar and Steakhouse. After a year of that, I moved to Chicago in pursuit to gain more extensive knowledge in the cocktail world. While in Chicago I worked at The Wit Hotel as a beverage director for their rooftop bar and the semi-fine dining restaurant creating and executing cocktail menus for both of them. After four years, I decided to move to the great city of Boise where I have been managing the bar and front of house for a year and a half now.
