Our goal is to bring the industry’s brightest minds together to discuss the future of music and help artists build thriving careers. Whether you are a new artist, an established artist, hobbyist, music fan, or industry insider, all are welcome to participate in the music talks.
Eric Steiger, Head of Music Talks
A Boise native, Eric grew up playing shows with friends around town. After graduating from Boise State University, Eric moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the music business, now working for Warner Music Group. He consults for artists and companies, with a mission to help build sustainable futures.
Lou Lanser, Industry Relations Coordinator
Lou spent her youth in Boise. The enthusiasm and diversity of the local scene made her passion for music what it is today. Having immersed herself in music scenes throughout the country, Lou has incorporated her infatuation of music as a karaoke host, vocalist, music consultant and curator. She currently lives in Los Angeles and is pursuing a career in music supervision and licensing.
Chris Bohme, Project Manager
Chris is a born and bred Boisean with a passion for the arts, this being his fourth year working with the Festival. His background within the administration side of the theater world crossed over into the behind the scenes aspects of the music industry, which piqued his interest and love for the fast paced environment that the industry provides. Among all else he is always excited to share the unique experience that Treefort is with others.
