Treefort is just around the corner!
First Thursday has become an annual tradition for us; it’s the day that kicks off Treefort month! In March 2020 that First Thursday was meant to lead into celebrating our ninth festival, but alas thoughtfully painted windows sat on empty businesses for weeks (maybe even months!) after we first postponed Treefort 9. As we’re reemerging from the darkness with better tools, science and data, we’re committed to finding a path forward with excitement, and your safety at the forefront.
Just like Treefort, there’s something for everyone this First Thursday, September 2nd. Walk around and check out work from local artists who have hopped back on ladders, outfitted themselves with paintbrushes and transformed Downtown Boise with Treefort feels once again! Be sure to stop by Woodland Empire parking lot for the official Treefort Pre-Party with vaccines, free beer and funky soul vibbbbbes.

Treefort Music Fest Music Talks and Boise All-ages Movement Project present Sound Advice: a series connecting music industry professionals with Boise musicians and aspiring related industry. This event is free and all ages. Special thanks to Boise Department of Arts & History and Arts Idaho for making events like these possible. Please bring your mask as this event is indoors.
This event will feature special guest Rob Dennler (Sneak Attack Music, Marmoset, etc.) who will speak from his 20+ years of experience as an award-winning music supervisor, producer, engineer, and indie label owner.
This Music Talk is right next to Woodland Empire so you can grab a beer before and after the talk!
